Daily Laboratory Operations Management:</b></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Assist in the smooth execution of daily activities within the laboratory.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure the effective functioning of all laboratory equipment and</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">instruments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Support laboratory staff in maintaining efficient workflows and processes.</span></li></ul></div><div><b style="font-size: 16px;">2. Equipment and Process Maintenance:</b></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure regular inspection, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Identify and troubleshoot any malfunctioning or issues with laboratory instruments and materials.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary to maintain optimal operation.</span></li></ul></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><b>3. Documentation and Record Keeping:</b></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Accurately document and record all information related to tests, results, and laboratory processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure proper storage of test records and patient information following established protocols.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Maintain an organized system for easy retrieval of data and reports.</span></li></ul></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><b>4. Team Coordination:</b></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Assist in coordinating daily tasks and activities among laboratory team members.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure seamless collaboration among lab personnel for efficient operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Provide support to team members as needed, ensuring smooth workflow.</span></li></ul></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><b>5. Quality Assurance and Standards:</b></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Regularly inspect equipment, structures, and materials to identify and address potential causes of errors or inconsistencies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Help implement and uphold high-quality standards for analytical test performance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Participate in quality control processes and regular testing to ensure accurate results.</span></li></ul></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><b>6. Test Performance and Adherence to SOPs:</b></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Support all stages of test performance, ensuring compliance with pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Deliver quality service in all laboratory tasks, maintaining high accuracy in every phase of testing.</span></li></ul></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><b>7.
