<div><div><b>Required Number: </b>1</div><div><b>Location:</b> Pokhara</div><div><b>Qualification:</b> CMLT with NHPC Registered</div><div><b>Experience:</b> 1-2 years of experience in Histopathology </div></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Specimen Preparation:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">This includes receiving, logging, and prioritizing tissue samples from various sources (surgical, diagnostic).</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Processing:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Embedding tissue into paraffin blocks, fixing tissue in formalin and operating equipment for dehydration, clearing, and infiltration.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">3.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Sectioning:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Cutting tissue samples into thin sections using a microtone.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">4.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Staining:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Applying dyes and reagents to tissue sections to enhance visualization of cellular structures under a microscope.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">5.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Microscopic Analysis:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Some Technicians may also perform initial microscopic review of stained slides. </li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">6.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Quality Control:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all steps of tissue processing and staining, maintaining equipment, and following laboratory procedures and regulations. </li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;">7.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Record keeping:</b></div><div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Maintaining detailed records of all tissue processing, staining, and analysis.
