to established procedures.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Instruct patients on proper specimen collection techniques for accuracy and 0in;">Conduct blood tests for transfusion purposes, ensuring aseptic techniques are followed during blood collection from patients, including finger, ear lobe, or vein.<o:p></o:p></li></ul><ol start="4" type="1" style="margin-top: 0in;"><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Cell/Tissue Culture and Specimen Isolation:<o:p></o:p></li></ol><ul type="disc" style="margin-top: 0in;"><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Develop and maintain cell/tissue cultures for testing purposes.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Isolate and standards.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Match Levey-Jennings (LJ) curves daily and take corrective actions as necessary, documenting all type="disc" style="margin-top: 0in;"><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Run daily sample analyses and provide timely, accurate results.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Monitor turnaround times for tests to ensure operational efficiency.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Record and document all re-runs and safety, environmental, and infection control methods at all times.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure proper handling and disposal of biological samples and instruments.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Recommend improvements to the quality system and testing kits to the Head of Department.<o:p></o:p></li><li
